Living the dream

Posted on 02/08/2020 by philipdodson

Chasing dreams is a drain. As it’s the future and the focus is on the uncertainty of our mind and the outcome and not the doing.

Living the dream now is joy. it means being content with all that we have and grateful for it now. Living it now, the only real moment.

The living is the dream, the thinking about it is the drain.

Gratitude for the soul

Posted on 24/03/2020 by philipdodson

Gratitude about what you have is the best boost you can give yourself every day, as often as you choose.

The perfect alternative to fear, discontent, moaning and criticism.

Gratitude is the best medicine for our soul.
