Things are rarely what they seem

Often we have made an evaluation, perhaps not even that, we just jump straight to our judgement perch without knowing why.

If we took a moment to find out about the thing we’ve instantly judged, how many times do we think we would discover how ill informed we are about something?

Most of us make judgements made on just something we may have heard others say or we once read something.

We often do not have the time to look into everything in depth, so we substitute informed evaluation with rapid judgement.

Perhaps, we can not question every single thing all the time, but to question more surely has to be worth it?

Many things are rarely what they seem on the surface.

People and their emotions

Vulnerability is hard enough without the audience evaluating.

Listen, empathise and support.

No fixing, no autobiographical orations, people aren’t broken.

Our collective buried emotions are what creates our collective human challenges.

Emotions come out when we make it safe for others to share.

Lead and create a safety zone for others to release their emotions, it’s how we create a better society.
