What we focus on is what we get, it is where our energy goes.
Focus on peace, silence, love, kindness, joy and our soul and those of others.
All things are temporary other than our essence.

Vision
When we stop looking at others with the filters of our mind we see clearly. We see their essence and soul, not the image that our mind has created for them.
True vision is when the mind is silent.
