I need a rest

We don’t need to rest, we need to do something new.

The challenge is that we are so occupied in our repetitive daily thoughts that we have no space for something new to arise and be manifested.

Of the average 65,000 daily thoughts we have nearly all of them are the same negative ones we keep having every single day.

It’s little wonder why we lack energy and feel we need a rest.

WTF was I dreading?

The reality of anything we do is never as bad as our mind imagined.

Just start…we’ll all be amazed just how fantastic that first step feels when we instantly realise WTF was I dreading?

Then we can remember it was the listening to our mind and its endless future projections that stopped us.
