Yeah, no probs

Problems are created by the mind to fit the story. When we energise these ‘problems’ they consume us and the mind works to create further problems.

It helps us to be a victim or whatever other stories the ego is running.

A problem is a thought projection into the future and as the future does not exist outside our mind, thus problems do not exist either. However, we can not deal with the future as it is not here right now, therefore to the mind, it is a problem and that creates fear, worry, anxiety, and so on. Those thoughts create the emotions and the emotions create turbulence within the body, which leads to physical illness.

If we are present and conscious in the moment that is now, then there exist only the challenges that occur now. As it is now, there are no emotions to be created in the body, as it is occurring right now, and we can deal with it now or choose not to, so, for example, no anxiety, worry… Real present moment challenges are simply that, something that if it occurs now, then we can simply deal with it without any need to contemplate outcomes and their possible effects.

Psychological fears that are created by the minds projections into the future and the possible outcomes it can conjure up create problems.

A problem-free life is a choice we can all take by not energising our thoughts of the future and being conscious in this present moment now. Just deal with real challenges now.

Wednesday

It’s Wednesday, it could be Tuesday or any other day.

If we’ve waited all week, all month, maybe even all year, for today to be happy or to become fulfilled by things, then once the euphoria of the ‘big day’ has subsided, then it could be a long wait for another ‘big day’ to get our dose of happiness.

‘Big days’ come few and far between and when they arrive, we’ve often already mentally moved onto the next ‘big day’ as it will be better than this one in our mind. Salvation will come next time! It won’t.

The time or day is always now…enjoy now and stop waiting for ‘big days’. This moment is what we have, accept it, enjoy and live it. Denial of it leads to the perpetual searching for the next ‘big day’, the next Wednesday.
