Rocks and equality

It’s just rocks…it could be rocks at the top of a mountain, on a beach, in the desert or something the human mind has labelled as a ‘ruin’.

We marvel at the ruin of a temple and recount in our mind as we ‘look’ at the rocks.

However, if you remove the story, they are the same rocks as the mountain, beach or desert.

The same with people, remove our story, aka judgement, of them in our minds, everyone becomes equal.

Labelling

Imagine if we stopped labelling people and things…wow, our minds could be silent, as we would not be able to judge people or ourselves, based on another person’s mind labelling of us or others.

Labels are constructs of the individual mind and/or the collective mind, they serve only to allow a feeling of superiority for the individual ego and/or the collective ego.

Comparison and superiority are what the ego thrives on and is fuelled by labels.

When we are conscious, opinions of ourselves and others do not matter and nor do labels.
