Sheep and fear

I saw something posted on Facebook today about fear and sheep. I modified it slightly to ‘a sheep spends its entire life fearing a wolf will eat it, only to be eaten by the shepherd’.

The thing is, we only die once, yet in the mind, we die thousands of times.

Don’t be a sheep, stay away from the mind and be in the moment, enjoy now, where there is nothing to fear.

The simplicity of just being

Life is as complicated as we choose to make it or allow it. It is a lens we choose, an avoidance of now.

Complication is a barrier to living, it stops us showing up, it keeps us from the moment and it is how the mind sabotages our life.

Stay intensely focused on this moment, the sounds, the smells, all our senses, and then there is no space for thought, no space for complication as it is drowned in the simplicity of just being.
