Mind and body

If we want to know if our mind is truly at peace and silent, check the body, how do we feel?

If we check-in with the mind, of course, the ego will say ‘I’m fine…why wouldn’t I be? Nothing wrong with me’.

The body will not be able to lie as our thoughts create emotions, which creates turbulence in the body.

When we are conscious, our soul and true essence shine, the mind will be silent, as we will simply witness our thoughts rather than energise them as we do in our subconscious mind-state.

In the subconscious state, thoughts drag us along like a huge magnet from one repeating pattern to another firing all kinds of emotions and chemicals into our body, which brings sickness.

Consciousness brings peace and joy which will be reflected in the body…a calm state.

When the body is sick it is the mind that creates it and only the light from our true essence can change this.

You’re mad

You’re mad.

A judgement made by a person’s subconscious mind of other people who are subconscious, others who they fear because they are different. We are dominated by our minds and therefore not conscious. In a conscious state, there is no madness.

We fear anything that challenges us, as we fear we may be wrong. Wrong/right being a position the ego defends at whatever cost to us or others.

There is nothing to defend, accept what is without resistance. We can still have a view, but there is no need to win or lose, fight, have anger, become violent, have a war or whatever else the subconscious mind will create to win.

Mad eh?
