If you are able to laugh at situations, challenges, and other things that come our way and not take life too seriously, then life will never seem too much of a struggle.
Seriousness comes from the ego and brings pain, laughter comes from the soul and brings joy.
The ego seeks a certainty in the future for peace.
The spirit accepts what is now, stops resisting, surrenders and knows that peace is always deep within no matter what.
We do not have to wait for this or that to happen in our imagined futures, our spirit can have peace right now.
