What we call life

A life just waiting for the next big event only to not enjoy the ‘big event’ when it comes as we’re already looking for the next even bigger one.

We wish away all the ordinary moments in between in a blur of thought and suffering not really appreciating anything, always onto the next thing.

Amazing what we call life!

We could just accept the biggest moment is always right now. Enjoy it.

Acting and roles

When the story of ‘little me’, or more often ‘poor little me’, takes over then our life and those of others around will suffer from our mind and its ego. The victim is the drama of the story and all about how something affects us and the fragility of the ego needs to be defended.

When we live as our true essence, from our soul, without the need to act out a role or story, then we can be at peace and others too.

The roles we play are where disappointment, attachment, expectation, burden and suffering live.

Don’t act just be.
