Take what the mind says and then laugh, let it float past, or actually just let it be. Then laugh some more.
I mean, 65,000 thoughts a day on average and we start to take them seriously or even more funny, we act upon them!
Helping others become even better versions of themselves

Take what the mind says and then laugh, let it float past, or actually just let it be. Then laugh some more.
I mean, 65,000 thoughts a day on average and we start to take them seriously or even more funny, we act upon them!

Well, not really.
Seriousness is a waste of energy and is derived from the mind and its attempts to protect its self-image, the ego. We have to be seen to fit in and be ‘grown-up’, we can not allow ourselves to be exposed, vulnerable or seen as foolish by others.
Laugh, let go, accept, be at peace, see the funny side of things and be able to see the good in everything. It is part of living in the moment and enjoying life, which is a choice we can all make.
