I’m not OK

We all lose our way, we all get stuck, we all get tired, we all find days a challenge.

That’s OK.

It’s OK to be struggling.

We do not have to be always happy, always smiling, always ‘GREAT’.

Recognising when we are low, allowing those feelings to be, without resistance, without the need to act a different ‘happy me’ allows them to pass easier and reduces our suffering.

It’s actually having to be always on top of the world that creates the pain.

I’m not OK and that’s fine…it will pass.

What we are

The universe talks to us constantly. Yet we rarely notice as we are so busy with our thoughts of how we do not have what we need to be happy, that we miss the signals that are there to help us.

We have all we need from the day we are born to the day we die, it’s all within us.

If we’re grateful for what we have instead of being unhappy about what we don’t have, our life moves from discontent to abundance and gratitude.

Peace is accepting what we are and what we have.
