Autumn has arrived and summer has gone.
All things or forms in life are temporary.
Yet, we are so attached to everything and when that thing or form has gone we suffer the pain. It is a choice we make.
Let go of temporary things, enjoy them at the moment and move on to the new forms and things as life unfolds.
Stop, take a look around you. What do you hear? What do you see? What do you feel?
Try this as often as you can, you’d be amazed by just how much we all miss every moment of every day and it is right there where you are.
It’s a wonderful world if we stop to see it.
