When we connect to this present moment we become one with all that is.
We are life.
99.9% of our existence is connected to our mind and its thoughts. If we allow it.
We are then unconscious and unaware of this present moment, the only time we are alive.
We see this unconscious existence as ‘normal life’
Insane isn’t it.
The truth, what is that?
The ‘truth’ in my head is not the same as the ‘truth’ in your head. The truth will depend on how we choose to look at it.
Truth is, in fact, subjective yet there is so much invested in defending the truth.
The thing is it does not matter, the only truth is now, the eternal present moment that will unfold forever.
