It is not found in a box of chocolates, the words of a Clinton’s Valentines card, or in a bunch of roses.

It is not something to celebrate with stuff just once a year.

Love is something that we could be sharing daily with others as a human race instead of hate.

Love is a feeling that cannot be put into words and it is something that we demonstrate to others by our words, thoughts and actions, not just once, but ongoing.

Love means being vulnerable and we are taught that being vulnerable is a weakness. In fact being vulnerable takes huge bravery and strength.

Show the people who matter to you love all year round.

We all want to feel love, rather than judgement, fear, shaming, hate, anger and loneliness. Let’s share love not just today, but every day.

Colour

Colours are never what they seem, they are not defined, as we are taught them to be.

The sun is not yellow, the sky is not blue, grass is not green, trees are not brown and blood is not red.

Skin is not white, brown, pink, yellow or black.

We all see colours differently with our own eyes and not one colour is just one shade. It changes simply by the light, perspective and how many times you look at that colour.

The myth makers who try to control us, all want us to see a black and white world.

See the world in all it’s wonderful shades and let’s change the myths.
