Helping others become even better versions of themselves
If you have a chance to say something kind, to give a hug (not to strangers at the moment), to let something go, to forgive, to not get angry, to smile, to dance, to skip, to say ‘I love you’, to laugh, to be light, to make someone else’s day…do it, we all feel better and so do the people around us.
When we choose kindness, with no expectation of anything in return, then something magic happens for us and the person we choose to do the kindness for.
It’s something we can try more than once, in fact, it could become a habit.
