Experts

There is a great deal of them to choose from in every field and for almost any subject.

Whether they are indeed ‘experts’ is a matter of opinion.

However, listening to their every word, following all their updates, reading all their books, even paying to attend their seminars will not fix your challenges.

Sure, they can be inspiring, some motivating in the short-term. Of course, our journeys are never intended to be alone without help or guidance from others.

However, do not pass on our responsibility to ourself by looking to experts for shortcuts and certainty. We can not skip the hard work bit by buying others stuff.

Be brave enough to face them and fix them ourselves.

After all, we are an expert on the most important subject in our life, ourselves.

Not the outcome you wanted

If you are not happy with the outcome of something, instead of looking for something or someone to blame, look at your input.

If we keep putting in the same we will get the same thing out.

New outcomes do not happen immediately.

However, they only come when we are willing to do things differently.

Doing things differently isn’t like flicking a switch, it means being committed to changing habits. That is a process of taking small daily steps and being prepared to put in the hard work to commit long enough for the new habit to form.

The hard work reaps reward and suddenly your life is full of outcomes you wanted.

What new outcomes do you want to start working on?
