Some days do not go to plan.
It’s OK, it’s not a meltdown, there is not some sinister chain of events being unleashed on us, the world probably won’t end, and tomorrow the sun rises again.
Switch off everything and have a hug.
Move on.
Helping others become even better versions of themselves

Some days do not go to plan.
It’s OK, it’s not a meltdown, there is not some sinister chain of events being unleashed on us, the world probably won’t end, and tomorrow the sun rises again.
Switch off everything and have a hug.
Move on.

Not just at 10.15 on a Saturday night as The Cure sang.
The tap drips in our heads all day and all night if we let it. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip.
Worry, fear, anger, frustration, panic, anxiety, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip.
We can, of course, choose to just switch the tap off. Step away from it all.
None of it will really matter, perhaps in a day from now, but in a week from now? For sure not in a month from now, OMG!!! a year from now, really!!
All that matters is now and what we choose to do in this moment. What went before is gone.
