Helping others become even better versions of themselves
We all need a place in life to escape to.
It can be a physical place to shut ourselves off from the noise.
It can equally be a place in our heads or a combination of both.
It is a place that is important to everyone to have, we all need a sanctuary, time for ourselves, for reflection, meditation, for relaxation, space away from the demands of others.
As song title says, somewhere only we know.
Go there every day and have a moment for you.
Here is what does not matter:
The colour of your skin.
Where you are from.
Your gender.
Your sexual orientation.
How you speak.
What language you speak.
Your religion.
Your age.
How much money you have.
How big your house is.
The job you do.
Your opinions.
Your choices as long as it does not harm others.
There are millions of things that don’t matter, we are all different, there is no right or wrong beyond hurting others in any way.
What matters?
We are all the same, we are all human beings.
We are all equal.
We show love to ourselves and others.
We respect ourselves and others.
We tolerate differences.
We show kindness to ourselves and others.
We look forward for the solutions, not backwards.
We stand as one against the people who choose to hurt others.
What really matters is humanity to all.
Be the change and leader that you want to see, every single on of us matters.
We all need to show up to bring about change.
My dream is that all women, children and men are equal. We are all part of the same human race.
