We often live our lives stuck on the starting blocks, tensed up waiting for the starting pistol to go off.
Don’t wait, sprint off now, unshackle yourself, liberate all that pent up tension, and just do things.
Feel alive.
Don’t wait.
It is a hard thing to master.
However, in today’s world of instant expectation and instant disappointment, patience is a virtue that is worth acquiring.
It’s a question of adjusting our expectations and realising most of the good things in life take time.
The more we are prepared to be patient, the less disappointment we have in life and the more we appreciate things of real value.
Better to have a few wonderful things that take a while to come, than to have many shallow things that can come instantly and are of no worth.
Be patient, life works out well.
