The answer

Isn’t what we need.

Sure, it is what we are programmed by school to think we need.

A better question is what we could choose to be searching for.

Asking questions is the best way to learn, the best way to engage other people, it’s the fastest way to better understanding and it allows time for reflection and thought before acting.

Always having ‘the answer’ leads to talking instead of listening.

The road to change

The road to change starts with the first step.

The moment of greatness is not when we reach our destination, it is when we take that first step.

Choosing to change is that first step and it’s brave, and the bravery builds as we take the 2nd, 3rd, 4th step and so on.

Change often means moving from fitting in, to having the courage to be different.

The road to change is being prepared to be vulnerable.

The road to change is hard, but nothing of value is easy.

The road to change is about how much are we prepared to suffer to reach our purpose.

The road to change is often underestimated.

The road to change is worth it.
