Letting go takes time

When we let go of things that no longer serve us, we have to be prepared to be patient.

Attachments are difficult to let go, they will not suddenly disappear.

It’s a gradual process, that involves being kind to ourselves and moving at the pace that works for us.

Do not bury things away, that is not letting go, that’s avoidance.

Letting go is taking the time to explore the emotions and to write a new narrative for life.

However, once an attachment to someone or something has truly gone, the freedom is worth the wait.

We need to give ourselves time to evolve, time to free ourselves.

It’s a process and the most important thing is to start, take small steps, by kind and wait for the freedom that will come.

It’s bad

It’s bad.

Bad things.

Frustration.

Anger.

Judgement.

Disappointed.

They’ll happen.

And again.

And again.

So will great things, joy, love, happiness, kindness, excitement, pleasure.

Focus always on the good things not the bad.

There is good every day, everywhere, it’s a question of what you choose to look for.

Good happens.

And again.

And again.

Until you choose to look for bad.
