Inputs and outputs

Inputs and outputs, as in external to internal, work in reverse too.

So if we take into our body, mind and soul negative inputs for the exterior world, then it will affect our mind, body and soul in a negative way internally.

If we send to our own mind, body and soul negative inputs internally, the same will happen and we will also send them out into the exterior world, which will affect us and others.

So if we allow our thoughts to dominate, especially the sabotaging ones, then it will affect our outputs internally and externally. If we let the light from our essence and soul be, then we will internally and externally send out positive energies and vibrations that will affect in a positive way our mind, body and soul and that of others.

What we put in, is what we get out, what we send out is what we attract.

Opposites and creativity

I was inspired by a friend’s post talking about conflict and creativity.

Opposites are an interesting perspective and it made me think of a David Bowie quote ‘religion is for people who fear hell, spirituality is for people who have been there’. The opposite to the dark creates the light.

You need to experience the opposite for it to be so, too. There is no light without dark, no happiness without unhappiness, nothing only exists because there is something.

So maybe you need conflict, the darkness of it, to experience the opposite, creativity or light.

When we are creative it is the light from within that we are sharing with the exterior world.

There has to be the Yin and the Yang in order for balance to exist. So there has to be the opposite to the source of creativity.
