Before the internet

All this information that we consume, what do we do with it?

The hours we spend glued to the network, looking at other peoples lives, reading news, consuming endless GBs of data.

How is it enriching our lives?

Maybe once in a while, we could switch it off, just be and enjoy the simple existence that a human can have. After all, what did humans do with their time before the internet?

Indifference

The human race is now totally indifferent.

When you are present and you consciously observe, you can see it.

Amazing how we have reached a point of such total indifference to almost anything other than short-term pleasure and gratification and anything that interrupts that.

I wonder what will bring about a change to that state? Perhaps we each need to gain our own consciousness and then by example inspire others to follow.

Indifference and all it’s darkness will be the ultimate undoing of the human race.
