I have no opinion

Our opinions and judgements become obsessive. We want to be right, there is our ego at stake and we will defend our views, sometimes at any cost. Our judgements cloud our view, we only see ourselves and others through the lens of the judgement of our mind.

What if we choose to stop having an opinion, firstly of ourselves, and then of others? What if we choose to stop judging ourselves and others, to simply observe without evaluation?

Worth a try perhaps, as our opinions of ourselves and of others, our judgements, lead to pain and suffering within and to pain and suffering for others.
