The only thing that restricts us is us, we know it deep down, yet it still happens all the time.
The thing is, it is our mind that sabotages us, so we think of ways to stop it.
Therein lies the challenge, thinking is in the mind, so we are trying to use our minds to overcome our minds.
The only way to stop restricting ourselves is, to stop thinking.
Easier said than done, well perhaps not. If we become conscious in the moment and simply witness our thoughts without energising them, they dissolve and we are free from the mind.
Again, like everything in life, it is a choice, we can choose to stay stuck, stuck in our thoughts and minds, being restricted by ourselves or we can choose to break free.
