Clutter

That clutter in our house is in fact clutter in our mind too.

We are subconsciously aware of that clutter and it is a mental distraction, it is like a weight on our shoulders slowing us down. The thought of sorting it out hangs on us.

Having a clear out allows us more space to live, more peace, more calm, to see the things that we cherish instead of shit we bought that we don’t need, it gives us freedom.

Most importantly, de-cluttering frees the mind and that is a big thing for any of us. It lifts that weight that we’ve been dragging around. It calms the mind, and that then allows us space in our heads to do things that matter.
