What we tell ourselves, the narrative we create in our heads, become the ‘truths’.
Write the narrative you want, write one that serves you well.
Make sure it’s one that is kind, loving, compassionate, supportive, empathetic and inspiring to ourselves.
Why not? It is a choice we can make every day.
