Laughter

Often in life, we can without realising it become serious. Become weighed down by the day-to-day and find ourselves lacking a spring in our step.

There is a simple cure and the simple ones are always the best.

Laughter.

Find a film that makes you laugh or anything that is guaranteed to make you really, genuinely laugh, not just a smile but a real full on laugh.

Laughter releases endorphins and that creates a sense of euphoria and lifts the gloom.

People who laugh a great deal will live longer, be happier and more fun to be with.

So don’t wait, just go and put on the funniest film you can find and just sit and laugh. Even better do it with someone else.

My 30 day challenges, day 17 – by Philip Dodson

Today is day 17 & I kicked off the day with a 4Networking breakfast meeting at the hub, where I met with my inspiration for all of these challenges in the first place, Paul Lomas of Energy Centric, who is a top bloke. We chatted on my progress and then about his next challenge, always love catching up with Paul.

Any way today’s pic is of our newest member of the hub, Jennifer Gray of GR8 Nights Out. She organises and puts together comedy events, one of which we have at the hub on 22nd October.

Jennifer was so excited about getting her hub membership card, who wouldn’t be on the thought of working at our co-working space, with an endless supply of jelly beans.

I love Jennifer’s enthusiasm and ‘get up and go’ attitude to life, having quit her job to set up GR8 Nights Out, already booked up months in advance. She is also taking on a role in 4Networking to open more groups, which she will be undoubtedly successful at.

If you’re going to be successful in life and biz, you have to be passionate and enthusiastic. You also need to surround yourself with people like Jennifer, as enthusiasm is contagious.
