What next?

Things happen in life.

Getting knocked out of tournaments by the unexpected.

Failing an exam.

Losing something.

Missing the train.

What we do next is what really counts when the unexpected or even the expected occurs.

Then why do we spend so much energy on analysing, regretting, and re-living the thing that has happened?

Present and future action, not over-thinking and regret, will change outcomes of happenings.
