Turning things upside down

I have written several blogs about looking at things from a different viewpoint, like catching people doing something right, instead of trying to catch them doing it wrong. Or instead of opting for the worst outcome first, to think about the best one. Instead of being our number one critic, instead, be our number one fan.

The thing is, it is a good habit to get into, turning anything we do as a habit or believe in and turning it upside down, look down the telescope from the other end, take the complete opposite view. That does not mean that you will do the complete opposite, but it helps with so much in life if you can take a moment to turn it all upside down.

What have you got to lose from being open to a new view?
