What we didn’t say

Often we worry and analyse what we said and re-word it and considered if we offended or made a fool of ourselves.

The reality is, we spend a lifetime saying stuff to fit in, instead of saying what we really think.

Real belonging and joy always come from being who we really are and that means having the courage to say what we really feel.
