Take one thing, even the very smallest of things, that you have been putting off for ages and just do it, do it right now. Count in your head 1,2,3…go and start and carry on until you are finished.
Then do the same thing again tomorrow and the day after and so on, every single day for the rest of your life.
You’ll soon find you’ll have a much, much smaller list of things to do. In fact, 365 less in just one year. Imagine what that will feel like.
Less worry, less stress, less guilt, more freedom, and a lot closer to your goals.
Small steps are all it takes, we just have to take them every day as they are not a burden we’ll avoid.
