We all do it.
‘You did a super job, I’m really pleased, but….’ and then comes the criticism.
We sandwich the shit in between two chocolate cookies.
We deliver the good with routine and BAM!!! the punch in the face.
The thing is, the critic doesn’t matter as they are not in the ring taking the punches.
No one likes being criticised, yet we often do it to others.
Think, do and say only good things. Catch people doing something right.
Encouragement, praise, and support are things none of us tire of.
