My 30 day challenge, day 4 – by Philip Dodson

Today is proving hard as it’s my birthday, however I’m well on the way to a full house for all 8 for 4th day!

It was a fabulous sunrise and the day started off fantastically, with an exercise session with my new wellbeing guru, Sarah Martin. Following on from Sarah’s great seminar at the hub about wellbeing, she started me on a diary on food, stress, exercise and sleep. This has already helped to make some big changes. So if you are an entrepreneur, with bad sleeping habits, not eating the right food and not exercising enough – then this is where to go @wellbeingsarah.

Anyway on to my thought for today’s picture, which is off a great sunrise over the rooftops and train lines, north of Clapham Junction. Even the tracks are glowing red hot like a sign, telling me….

Make the most of your days, as there is no guarantee of a tomorrow, or another sunrise, for any of us in life. So whatever the itch you have, whatever you dream about doing, or the thing you have been putting off dealing with. Just do it, start, change, make it happen. Face up to your life and make the changes you know you should.

Finally, always let the people who matter in your life know that you appreciate them.
